Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Head, based in Kozhikode. The Center Head will oversee the daily operations of the institution, ensuring smooth management and efficient functioning of all academic and administrative activities. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating departmental activities, driving student admissions, maintaining high-quality education standards, and fostering professional development among the team. Additionally, the Center Head will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the institution's vision and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in communication, interpersonal relationship management, and conflict resolution
• Experience with strategic planning, team building, and decision-making
• Knowledge of the aviation and management industries is an advantage
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, faculty, and stakeholders
• Passion for education and commitment to upholding high academic standards
