Center Head

Role Overview: As the Training Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and operations of the training centre. Your main duties will include mobilization, training delivery, placements, and retention of trainees. You will need to strategize new and innovative ways to meet project goals and maintain positive relationships with local bodies, associates, academic institutions, and the community. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records and reports, implement high-quality education processes, and ensure student placements and funder satisfaction. Coordinating with the Head Office to resolve operational issues, leading team training and development, and overseeing mobilization are also key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for overall performance and operations of the training centre - Strategize new and innovative ways to meet project goals - Liaise with local bodies, associates, academic institutions, and community - Maintain accurate records and reports on admissions, training delivery, placement, and compliances - Implement and review processes for high-quality education and team management - Ensure quality training, student placements, and funder satisfaction - Coordinate with HO to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth operations - Lead team training, development, and engagement to reduce attrition - Oversee mobilization and track competition/market trends for feedback to HO Qualifications Required: - Job Type: Full-time Additional Details: The work location is in person and the benefits include Provident Fund, day shift, and performance bonus.,
