Center Head

As a Profit Center Manager, your role involves managing a profit center, optimizing revenue, and having a strong sales and marketing orientation. You will also be responsible for asset utilization, effective administration, and delivery management. Your responsibilities include: - Liaising with local bodies, associates, key brand visibility, location owners, institute heads, and the community to maintain positive relationships and energies. - Implementing and reviewing processes to ensure high-quality standards for the education center, students, and team members. You will create methodologies and metrics based on business requirements, dynamics reengineering, and review implementations for corrective actions. - Controlling slippage and leakage in education delivery, ensuring good quality education in the center, student placements, and customer satisfaction. - Handling HO-level functional follow-ups, coordination, and closure of operating issues for smooth center operations. - Leading team training, development, engagement, and growth while controlling attrition in the team. You will also be responsible for mobilization and tracking competition/markets, analyzing feedback for new product suggestions. In terms of qualifications and experience, the ideal candidate should have: - A total of 3 years of work experience is preferred. - Proven experience in profit center management, revenue optimization, and sales and marketing. - Strong skills in administration, asset utilization, and delivery management. - Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and the community. - Experience in implementing and reviewing processes to maintain high-quality standards. - Knowledge of education delivery systems and student placement processes. - Excellent communication and team management skills. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a performance bonus structure. The work location is in person.
