Guest Relations & Customer Service Welcome and assist customers at the front desk in a friendly and professional manner. Handle customer inquiries related to play zone services, birthday party packages, bookings, and ongoing offers. Respond to queries via phone calls, emails, Whatsapp, and walk-ins. Guide parents/customers about safety rules and use of play equipment. Manage bookings and confirmations for birthday parties, events, and promotions. Ensure complete awareness of current and upcoming offers and promotions. 2. Team Coordination Introduce new staff and help train them on front desk responsibilities. Coordinate with team members for daily operations and escalate issues when needed. Clearly understand and communicate team responsibilities and tasks. 3. Administrative & Operational Tasks Maintain daily records such as MTD (Month-To-Date) sheets for earnings. Perform daily and weekly accounting, including cash handling, collections, and reconciliation. Maintain petty cash and track expenses accurately. Prepare and manage invoices for birthday parties, offers, and events. Handle banking-related tasks including cash deposits from Play Zone & Café. Use Play Zone software for booking, billing, and customer data management. Maintain physical and digital files (e.g., expenses, bills, staff records, banking details, etc.). 4. Policy Awareness Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations. Educate customers and staff about play zone policies and safety guidelines. Experience of handling such areas or tasks is a must and staff handling and their training supervision is also preferable. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for adults taking part in the play area. Key Responsibilities Safety & Supervision Monitor the play area to ensure customer safety, prevent accidents, and respond promptly to emergencies. Ensure all staff members attend and complete mandatory monthly safety trainings. Oversee staff adherence to all safety protocols, rules, and government-mandated compliance measures. Team Leadership Supervise, train, guide, and schedule play zone staff, including Crew Members. Ensure all grooming standards, behaviour protocols, and safety practices are consistently followed. Customer Service Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly. Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for our customers. Operations & Maintenance Conduct regular play area inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Coordinate with the Technical Executive to ensure all play equipment is fully operational and safe. Report hazards, technical issues, or maintenance requirements immediately. Events & Coordination Assist in planning, setting up, and executing birthday parties and special events. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Executive for seamless execution of events and promotions. Inventory & Supplies Monitor inventory levels for equipment, F&B, and supplies. Place orders as needed and ensure timely availability of required materials. Compliance & Standards Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Supervise housekeeping standards and verify that all cleaning procedures are followed thoroughly. Maintain active coordination with the Technical Coordinator to prevent any operational or equipment-related lapses.
