Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Head based in Kottayam. The Center Head will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient functioning of the center, lead and manage a team of staff members, and implement strategies for achieving organizational goals. The role involves coordinating training programs, maintaining high-quality education standards, and resolving any center-related challenges. Ensuring client satisfaction, promoting the center’s services, and maintaining administrative and operational excellence will be key responsibilities.

• Team management, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in operational management and strategic planning
• Knowledge of training or educational services, particularly in language or professional skills development
• Proficiency in administrative processes and customer relationship management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet organizational objectives
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a managerial or administrative role, especially in the education sector, is highly advantageous
