Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Franchise Sales Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing franchise sales activities, developing business plans for potential franchises, identifying and generating leads, and maintaining strong communication with franchisees. The role involves implementing franchising strategies to drive growth while building relationships and ensuring alignment with Ecovista’s mission and values. Qualifications Proven expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising Strong Business Planning skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic franchise growth initiatives Experience in Lead Generation and client acquisition Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with franchisees and stakeholders Proactive and goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Previous experience in franchise business development is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
