Job Description

Job Summary:

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, inventory, supply chain, and finance.
Generate dashboards, trackers, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Sheets.
Prepare consolidated reports for regional and national sales performance.
Monitor distributor-wise, beat-wise, and product-wise sales data.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to collect accurate and timely data.
Analyze historical data and identify trends and gaps to support strategic planning.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking related to FMCG logistics and marketing.
Support management with ad-hoc analysis and decision-support tools.

Required Skills:

Strong command of
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, IF statements, Macros preferred).
Good knowledge of
PowerPoint
,
Google Sheets
, and other reporting tools.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
