Greetings from Digifocal...!!! Please note this is a night shift opportunity...!!! Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key business metrics. Collect, process, and validate data from various departments and systems. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by the management. Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of reports. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for business improvement. Automate reporting processes using Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools. Coordinate with different departments to gather data requirements and ensure reporting alignment. Maintain data confidentiality and integrity. Support audits and compliance reporting as required. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in MIS reporting or a similar role. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.). Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
