Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client operations, workflows, and organizational structures
• Develop strategic solutions, business models, and SOPs
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and implementation roadmaps
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Coordinate with internal design and strategy teams to align project execution
• Support client engagement and ensure successful delivery of consulting projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting or business strategy
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and client interactions independently
• Experience in SOP creation, process audits, or startup advisory (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
