Management Consultant

As a Management Consultant at Daimler Truck Consulting International (DTCI), you will play a crucial role in leading strategic projects that drive competitive advantage and organizational transformation across various business units within Daimler Truck world. Your strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills will be essential in delivering high-quality outcomes and enabling impactful business change. Key Responsibilities: - Project Leadership & Implementation: Independently manage and execute strategic transformation projects for Daimler Truck's internal customers. Focus on delivering high-quality and timely results, spearheading initiatives to achieve key milestones and drive business transformation. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to develop and implement strategic projects. Establish objectives, governance mechanisms, and KPIs in coordination with project teams to ensure alignment with business goals. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Offer project management, analytical insights, and research expertise to guide business decisions. Develop visual reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and support data-driven improvements. - Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency within manufacturing and indirect areas by implementing Lean methodologies. Create processes and procedures to streamline operations and drive efficiency. - Business Improvement: Drive business improvement initiatives by working with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement across the organization. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in project management and consulting, with a focus on driving business transformation. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. - Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration to achieve business objectives. - Knowledge of Lean methodologies and process optimization is preferred.
