To drive the Projects of Problem-Solving assignments and Organisation Development, and deliver the solution and Implementation for the client's success in a stipulated time.


Internal Responsibilities

  1. To develop and upgrade Standard Operating Procedures for the Project Management
  2. To manage the Employee Life Cycle of the Team, especially Training and Development
  3. To present and share the Progress of the projects in the Clickup software
  4. To write and document a case and solution on the completed projects
  5. To develop consulting bandwidth by adding new services and Industry
  6. To do client acquisition as an add-on activity ( Shared Role)

Project responsibilities

  1. To do the Business needs analysis and prepare the scope of work with a timeline for the prospective client
  2. To do research for industry/ best practices & deliver what is best for the client (not always best practices), understanding a concept what a firm can and can’t do
  3. To prepare the solution and implement it by connecting with the POC (on-site and off-site)
  4. To kick-start the project by preparing the Project Charter in Clickup software
  5. To Update the Execution work, solution delivered along with follow-ups, to prepare the monthly and weekly calendar
  6. To Create – Run – Handover the practical solution, deliver the training to all required stakeholders
  7. To assist client /hand-hold for resource acquisition/allocation (Human Resource ~ Team building, CRM- ERP implementation, Digital Tool for the scalability and automation, Etc.)
  8. To maintain/handle the expectations of the clients over the deliverables
  9. To handle the conflict that arises during the execution amicably
  10. To put enough effort into retaining the client for the next phase if needed
  11. To become a Resilience leader and lead the organisation from the front in challenging  times – Internal Responsibility
  12. To manage the monthly planner for your own and the implementation consultant in your team
