Job Description

  1. To do the recruitment and selection activities for the Clients by employing different sources/platforms of recruitment - Sourcing - Screening - Calling (35 calls a day) - Tele Interview
  2. To perform the Job Analysis for various positions for the Clients and to prepare the Job Description according to the roles, responsibilities, and authority (RRA)
  3. To ensure all the vacant positions are closed within time, with all the parameters as per the JD/JS
  4. To coordinate with the client's team and take the follow-up of open positions, create the sourcing strategy and ensure they hire within the timeline
  5. To timely prepare HR activities reports and attend the review meetings whenever required
  6. Coordinate with Consultants and any other external service providers as per the requirements
  7. To upgrade oneself on the new HR Practices, Rules, and Regulations
  8. To travel on-site to understand the client's requirements
  9. To collaborate with the client's team and get the job done
