Guide and collaborate with client teams on projects as per the defined approach, ensure timely delivery, conduct consulting and training sessions, identify and resolve issues, support data analysis, enhance domain knowledge, and travel extensively. Required Candidate profile Should have strong knowledge of Operations, Manufacturing, and Lean Systems. Experience in similar projects, good MS Office skills, communication, leadership, and passion for improvement are essential
Candidate should have understanding of Operations and Manufacturing. also knowledge of Lean Management Systems and has implemented similar projects during his work experience. Knowledge of TOC or Six Sigma would be an added advantage (not mandatory)
