Management Consultant

As a Management Consultant at our construction company in Tatabad, Coimbatore, your role will be crucial in enhancing overall performance and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include assessing business operations, defining and monitoring KPI/KRA frameworks, improving workflows, and supporting leadership in decision-making and organizational growth. You will collaborate closely with various departments, analyze business data, identify problem areas, recommend solutions, and ensure effective implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Identify areas for performance improvement aligned with company goals - Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs & KRAs for departments and staff roles - Review work processes, costs, productivity, and project performance for enhancement - Assist senior management in planning and executing strategic business initiatives - Collect and analyze data on financial performance, operational metrics, employee output, and costs - Interpret data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of performance measurement systems (KPI/KRA) and process improvement methods - Ability to analyze data, draw logical conclusions, and provide recommendations - Excellent communication skills to simplify complex ideas - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities - Good time management and multitasking skills - Creative and solution-oriented mindset Education & Experience: - Preferably MBA or CA/CMA (Inter or Final) qualification - Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting, performance management, strategy, or business analysis - Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries is advantageous To apply, kindly share your updated resume to aparna@educohire.com.
