Management Consultant

A Management Consultant helps organizations improve performance by analysing how they operate and recommending practical changes in strategy, structure, processes, or systems to achieve their business goals.

Core purpose

Management consultants are hired to solve complex business problems, cut unnecessary costs, increase productivity, and support growth or transformation initiatives across different functions such as operations, finance, HR, IT, marketing, and supply chain. They provide objective analysis and expert advice, then often support the client team in implementing the recommended solutions and managing change.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting research, data collection, and analysis on the client’s operations, financials, market, and internal processes.
• Interviewing employees and stakeholders, running workshops or focus groups, and mapping current processes to understand issues and opportunities.
• Identifying problems, forming hypotheses, and developing data‑driven recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, or drive growth.
• Preparing and presenting reports, presentations, and business cases that outline findings, options, and clear action plans for the client’s leadership.
• Supporting or leading implementation of agreed solutions, including project management, training, and change management activities.

Pay: ₹9,799.77 - ₹55,064.77 per month
