Role: Management Consultant We are looking for a highly driven professional who can lead problem-solving projects, process improvement initiatives, audits, training, and organization development assignments across diverse industries. What You Will Do Conduct diagnosis, process mapping, gap analysis, and improvement studies. Drive client projects in Lean, QMS, HSE, TPM, HR systems, PPC, Quality, and Supply Chain. Develop SOPs, policies, manuals, dashboards, frameworks, and project documentation. Lead client engagements, reviews, and implementation support. Deliver training programs at all levels. Support internal methodology development and knowledge building. Requirements 3–5 years industry experience in operations, quality, supply chain, HR, maintenance, or related areas. 3–5 years consulting experience in Lean, QMS, HSE, OD, or business improvement roles. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to independently handle client assignments. Engineering / MBA preferred; Lean/QMS/TPM/HSE certifications are an advantage. Willingness to travel for client projects.
