Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Executive to handle core HR responsibilities, including salary processing, attendance tracking, daily reporting, employee engagement activities, recruitment, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth HR operations. Responsibilities: 1. Payroll & Incentives Prepare and process monthly salaries in coordination with accounts. Calculate and update performance-based incentives. Ensure timely salary disbursement and resolve discrepancies, if any. 2. Attendance & Time Management Monitor daily employee attendance and leaves. Maintain and update in/out time records and biometric system logs. Handle attendance exceptions and late coming policies. 3. Employee Development & Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement activities, training programs, and workshops. Assist in performance evaluation and development planning. 6. General Administration Handle all office administrative tasks including stationary, office maintenance, and vendor coordination. Support in organizing company events, meetings, and internal communication. Manage office assets and logistics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in management, or a similar role. About the Role: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Godown Supervisor to manage daily operations at our plywood and door warehouse. The ideal candidate will handle dispatch planning, stock maintenance, transport coordination, and team supervision to ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily dispatch, loading, and unloading of goods. Maintain accurate stock records and oversee inward/outward material entries. Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and customers for dispatch and delivery. Check product quantity, quality, and labeling before dispatch. Manage team of helpers/labourers for efficient material handling. Ensure proper storage, safety, and cleanliness of the godown.
