Manager / Senior Manager – Management Consulting

Detailed expectations from the role

- The Manager / Senior Manager – Management Consultant will be reporting to the Project Leader, the key (broadly indicative) expectations shall be as below:

- Stay updated on energy policies, regulations and incentives, particularly related to power generation, power purchase, renewable energy, etc.

- Proficiency in preparing and submitting comments on petitions from Generating Companies and stakeholders regarding tariff determination and true-up processes.

- Analyse policy implications, assess their impact on project development and provide recommendations to clients.

- Competence in developing Annual Revenue Requirement (ARR) and Multi-Year Tariff (MYT) petitions based on input data from relevant departments.

- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide consulting services and deliver solutions aligned with their objective of the assignment.

- Prepare client presentations, reports and effectively communicate findings and recommendations.

- Support in the execution of projects in coordination with team leader and team members, ensuring the submission of quality deliverables within timelines.

- Client interactions/ discussions/ meetings whenever necessary
