Consultant – Management & Strategy Consulting Location: Mumbai - Onsite - Fulltime Experience: 2–4 years Education Qualification: Engineering Graduate, CA, MBA in Finance / Marketing from a reputed institution About the Role We are a fast-growing management and strategy consulting firm based out of Mumbai working with leading clients across BFSI, Education, and Healthcare sectors to name a few. We are seeking motivated individuals for Consultant Role with 2–4 years of prior consulting experience to join our team. The role demands analytical rigor, problem-solving mindset, and strong execution capabilities to help clients solve complex business challenges and unlock growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Delivery Work directly with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities. Conduct market assessments, benchmarking studies, and competitor analysis for specific assignments/ industry/ sectors. Help structure and deliver strategy recommendations with clear insights, frameworks, and execution roadmaps. Support implementation of initiatives, ensuring recommendations translate into measurable outcomes. Research & Analysis Gather and analyze data through primary and secondary research. Perform financial modeling, business case preparation, and scenario planning. Synthesize complex information into actionable insights. Project Management Manage workstreams independently under the guidance of engagement managers or partners. Track timelines, deliverables, and quality of outputs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Thought Leadership & Knowledge Building Contribute to internal knowledge repositories, frameworks, and sectoral insights. Stay up to date on emerging trends, regulations, and disruptions Business Development Support Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations. Contribute to building long-term client relationships and enable new client acquisition Skills & Competencies Expected Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (structured thinking, hypothesis-driven approach). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including very strong PowerPoint/Excel proficiency. Ability to distill complex ideas into clear recommendations. Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills; ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in at least one of BFSI, Education, or Healthcare domains is preferred.
