We operate through a tech-enabled network of distribution hubs andvillage-level entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate daily logistics operations for timely dispatch and delivery of agri-inputsand products to distribution hubs and VLEs (Village Level Entrepreneurs). Monitor inward and outward stock movements from the Lucknow warehouse andensure accurate records are maintained. Liaise with transport vendors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth andcost-effective transportation. Track and manage delivery schedules, route planning, and vehicle utilization. Ensure real-time updates on order status and address any delivery-related issues orescalations promptly. Support the warehouse team in maintaining inventory accuracy and order packing. Maintain daily MIS reports, delivery logs, and reconciliation of dispatched vs.received goods. Ensure compliance with logistics SOPs, safety standards, and documentationprotocols. Assist in vendor onboarding and management for local logistics and transportservices. Contribute to identifying cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities inlogistics operations.

Requirements

 Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations). 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousemanagement. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory tools. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in agri-input, FMCG, or e-commerce logistics will be a plus. Familiarity with rural delivery networks or working with field teams preferred.
