🚨 We’re Hiring: Logistics Associate | The Leather Laundry 🚨At The Leather Laundry, we are looking for a Logistics Associate to strengthen our operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth, timely, and customer-friendly delivery management.💼 Role Overview:You will be managing our in-house courier team and coordinating with third-party logistics partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, etc.). Alongside operational responsibilities, you will also maintain payment tracking systems and resolve escalated customer queries. Strong Google Sheets expertise is essential to streamline reporting, automate processes, and track logistics performance effectively.📌 Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate with the in-house courier team for timely deliveries.Manage end-to-end logistics operations with third-party courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, etc.).Maintain and monitor the payment tracking system to ensure all deliveries are released only after required payments.Resolve escalated logistics-related customer queries in a timely and professional manner.Use advanced Google Sheets for reporting, dashboard creation, tracking KPIs, and process automation.Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to streamline workflows.Monitor service levels, ensure SLA compliance, and recommend cost-optimization strategies.Prepare regular reports on delivery performance, delays, payment reconciliations, and escalations.🎯 Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in logistics/operations (experience in e-commerce, retail, or courier management is preferred).Strong command of Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data validation, automation).Familiarity with logistics platforms and courier services (Bluedart, Delhivery, etc.).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.💰 Compensation: ₹3.6 – ₹4.2 LPA📍 Location: [Mayur vihar phase 1,Delhi/NCR]🕒 Employment Type: Full-timeIf you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about logistics efficiency, this is your opportunity to grow with a brand redefining luxury care for leather, shoes & bags.👉 Apply now or share your CV at [humanresources@theleatherlaundry.com]
