Job Title: Logistics Associate Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout Job Type: Full-time (In-office) Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding failed delivery attempts, gathering necessary information for reattempts, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, basic Excel proficiency, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Call customers to confirm reattempts for failed deliveries or collect additional details to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and courier partners for efficient order fulfilment. Maintain and update records of customer interactions and delivery status. Prepare basic reports using Excel to track and analyse delivery performance. Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving to resolve delivery-related issues. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. Requirements: Prior experience in customer calling or logistics coordination is a plus. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (any additional language is a bonus). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver. Willingness to work from the office.
