As a Logistics Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination, management, and tracking of goods through the supply chain. Your responsibilities will include: - **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate records and assist with stock control to ensure adequate supply levels. - **Shipping Coordination:** Organize inbound and outbound shipments in compliance with company policies. - **Tracking & Documentation:** Monitor shipment status, update teams on delivery times, and maintain shipping documentation. - **Warehouse Support:** Receive and organize incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy, quality, and damage checks. - **Customer Service:** Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding shipping status and inventory levels. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, warehouse teams, and courier aggregators to ensure smooth operations and communication. - **Problem Resolution:** Investigate and resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary. - **Continuous Improvement:** Identify areas for efficiency improvements and contribute to logistics process enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Under Graduate in any stream (Operations preferred) - Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain is preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient with basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly. - Knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation requirements is an advantage. - A team player who can work well independently or as part of a team.,
