Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Good understanding of the data sources and data structure of logistics department

Must handle widespread operations reporting which includes reports specific to : Outbound delivery register, Logistics dispatch report, Transit damage report & Insurance claim report

Support accounts payable team to facilitate the payment

Ability to gather, clean, visualize and with logistics data set in a simplifi ed manner

Must be able to function eff ectively and and manage multiple inquiries Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner

Develop MIS process documentation for smooth operations

Preferred candidate profile

Good understanding of MS Excel/google sheet
Education background Degree or Diploma with 2-4 years experience in Automotive fi eld
Should be aware of data analysis, supply chain analysis and Logistics analysis
