Job Description

As a customer service representative at our company, your role will involve efficiently handling and communicating with customers. You should have the ability to listen actively and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal communication, and basic written communication are essential for this position. Basic knowledge of Excel, as well as decent knowledge of mobile apps and desktop applications, will be beneficial. Qualifications required for this role include a high school degree or equivalent and knowledge of the regional language. You should be ready to work in all shifts, including night shifts, and be available to work 6 days a week. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you will also be responsible for Health insurance and Provident Fund benefits. The work location for this position is in person.
