Job Summary As a Sales Specialist focused on our chat process, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through online chat channels to understand their needs, provide product/service information, and ultimately drive sales. You will be a key player in delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and team sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital environment. Responsibilities Engage with Leads: Proactively initiate and respond to inquiries from potential customers via online chat platforms. Needs Assessment: Effectively listen and ask clarifying questions to understand customer requirements, pain points, and buying motivations. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to accurately address customer questions and recommend suitable solutions. Sales Presentations: Clearly and persuasively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions through chat interactions. Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and objections professionally and effectively, turning potential roadblocks into sales opportunities. Closing Sales: Guide customers through the sales process, provide pricing information, and confidently close deals within the chat environment. Pipeline Management: Accurately record and update lead and sales activities within the CRM or other designated systems. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs). Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals. Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on product updates, industry trends, and best practices in online sales communication. Provide feedback to improve chat processes and sales strategies. Adherence to Guidelines: Follow established chat protocols, compliance guidelines, and quality standards. Qualifications Must have done a Bachelor in Business Administration or B.Com Must have 1-2 years experience in Sales (particularly the chat process) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging online presence. Strong active listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and online chat platforms. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
