Logistics Associate

As a Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing order fulfillment, shipping coordination, supplier management, artist coordination, and maintaining logistics MIS to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Order Management: Daily packaging and shipping of orders, maintaining order details on the platform, and coordinating with the customer support team for effective communication with customers. - Shipping: Coordinate with different shipping partners to find the best shipping options, manage shipping from the warehouse, or utilize drop shipping from artist partners when necessary. - Supplier Management: Identify suppliers for packaging, heritage DIY art kits, and other products, list them on the website, and manage overall inventory for different supplier products. - Artist Management: Collaborate with artists for order fulfillment as needed. - MIS and Tracking: Keep logistics MIS and analytics updated to uphold delivery timelines and turnaround times.
