Location: Delhi/Gurgaon Job Type: In Office Salary: 18-20K per month **Responsibilities** - **Order Management:** You will be responsible for daily packaging and shipping of orders, maintaining order details on the platform, and coordinating with the customer support team for timely customer communication. - **Shipping:** Coordinate with various shipping partners to identify the best shipping options, manage shipping from our warehouse, or implement drop shipping from artist partners when necessary. - **Supplier Management:** Source suppliers for packaging, heritage DIY art kits, and other products, listing them on the website. Oversee inventory management for products from different suppliers. - **Artist Management:** Collaborate with artists for order fulfillment as needed. - **MIS and Tracking:** Maintain all logistics Management Information Systems (MIS) and analytics to ensure delivery timelines and Turnaround Times (TATs) are met. **Qualifications** - Familiarity with tech platforms like Shopify, Shiprocket, and other logistics partners" platforms. - Detail-oriented with a high emphasis on accuracy. - 1-2 years of experience in shipping and logistics within an e-commerce setting. - Bachelor's Degree in logistics and operations or a related field. - Exceptional multitasking abilities. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to take ownership of all tasks. - Passionate about promoting the Idea of India globally and within the country to impact the lives of artists and artisans positively. - Available for an immediate start.
