Legal Research & Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support business requirements.
  

Document Preparation

• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including agreements, policies, presentations, and regulatory communications.
• Ensure all documents are accurate and compliant with legal standards.
  

Litigation Support

• Assist attorneys during legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Organize exhibits, prepare witness materials, and provide administrative support as needed.
  

Regulatory Compliance

• Stay updated on changes in applicable laws and regulations and provide timely updates to the team.
  

Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop legal strategies and achieve the best outcomes for the business.
  

Qualifications

Requirements for the Role

• B.A. LL.B degree from a reputed law school.
• 1–2 years of prior experience in a law firm or in-house legal department preferred.
• Freshers with strong, long-term internship experience may also apply.
  

Core Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex legal information.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to address legal issues and build sound strategies.
• Meticulous attention to detail in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
• High standards of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with legal tech tools.
