Company Description:

Reduceddebts helps individuals and businesses resolve unsecured debt through structured negotiation, compliant settlements, and legal advisory, emphasizing faster, cost‑effective outcomes through ADR over protracted litigation. The role spans end‑to‑end dispute resolution plus banking legal support, including lender coordination, RBI Ombudsman/CMS filings, and recovery/compliance interfaces. Work across mediation/arbitration, RBI CMS workflows, lender coordination, and targeted banking litigation where needed. 

What you’ll do:

• Draft notices, pleadings, settlement agreements, and regulator submissions (incl. RBI CMS under the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme). 
• Protect client rights via compliant documentation and advisory in financial contracts and debt matters. 
• Coordinate with lenders/NBFCs; review recovery communications; align with RBI norms; prepare representations. 
• Assist in filings and tracking across forums/courts; manage briefs, evidence, cause‑lists, and MIS dashboards while driving ADR‑led settlements. 

Who you are:

• LLB/LLM, Preferred 1–2 years’ experience ideal. Final‑year candidates may do a short assessment internship leading to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). 
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and regulatory portal skills; interest in ADR and banking disputes. 

Location & hours:

• Noida on‑site (primary); visits to regulators/forums/courts as needed.
• Fixed hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM 
• Monday - Friday, Two Saturdays working.
