Legal Associate

As a Legal Professional at Reduceddebts, your role involves end-to-end dispute resolution and banking legal support. This includes drafting notices, pleadings, settlement agreements, and regulator submissions, ensuring compliant documentation in financial contracts and debt matters, and coordinating with lenders/NBFCs while aligning with RBI norms. You will also assist in filings and tracking across forums/courts, manage briefs, evidence, causelists, and MIS dashboards, with a focus on driving ADR-led settlements. Key Responsibilities: - Draft notices, pleadings, settlement agreements, and regulator submissions - Protect client rights through compliant documentation and advisory - Coordinate with lenders/NBFCs, review recovery communications, and prepare representations - Assist in filings and tracking across forums/courts, manage briefs, evidence, causelists, and MIS dashboards Qualifications Required: - LLB/LLM degree - Preferred 12 years of experience - Strong drafting, negotiation, and regulatory portal skills - Interest in ADR and banking disputes Reduceddebts is committed to ADR first with pragmatic litigation exposure, offering cost-effective outcomes with enforceability. You will be based in Noida primarily, with visits to regulators/forums/courts as required, working fixed hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays working.,
