Legal Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents including:
• Legal notices
• Petitions
• Written statements
• Other case-related documentation
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for ongoing matters.
• Preparing and updating case files and master sheets for associates and pendencies.
• Coordinating with external lawyers and attending court hearings when required.
• Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Supporting the team in day-to-day legal operations and administrative tasks.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  for data management and reporting.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.

Additional Skills

• Excellent drafting skills for legal notices, petitions, and statements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with associates and legal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  LLB Graduate

• Experience:

  1.5 2.5 years

  in legal drafting, documentation, or related areas.
• Location Preference:

  Strictly Gurugram and nearby vicinity

• Flexible to handle both non-field responsibilities and occasional field requirements (court visits, lawyer coordination).
