Left Right Mind - Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and schedules.
• Conduct requirement analysis in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
• Utilize version control and collaboration tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab) to track development milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues through structured risk management techniques.
• Facilitate communication across departments, resolving blockers for development teams.
• Coordinate with vendors/third-party providers for outsourced or integrated projects.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, code reviews, and deployment processes.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation including BRDs, SOWs, timelines, reports, etc.
• Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-project evaluations and recommending enhancements.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 7- 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in IT/software development projects.
• Proven experience in managing web, mobile app, and cloud-based software projects.
• Solid technical background with understanding of :
• Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Frontend technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue.js
• Backend technologies : Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, PHP
• Databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle
• DevOps tools : Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP (preferred AWS Certified or similar)
• Testing & QA tools : Selenium, JUnit, Postman, JMeter
• API integration & management : REST, SOAP, Swagger, Postman
• Experience in client interfacing, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
• Expertise in using project management tools : JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, ClickUp.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams and drive them toward successful delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Experience in conducting competitive product analysis and developing go-to-market strategies.
