Leasing Manager

Business Development & Category Leasing

- Identify and target prospective tenants for assigned categories (Entertainment & Leisure, F&B, Hardlines & Home Experience and Experience Centres).

- Develop a 90-day go-to-market plan, including top 30 brand targets, broker strategy, and pop-up pipeline.

Lease Negotiation & Closures

- Lead end-to-end lease negotiations, including commercials, frontage, VM, and signage.

- Coordinate legal, finance, and design approvals for closure.

Market & Competitor Intelligence

- Conduct continuous research on brands, rent benchmarks, and retail developments in Thane/Mumbai.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with internal departments (Design, Legal, Projects, Facilities) for tenant on-boarding.

- Maintain strong coordination with brokers and local channel partners.

Reporting & Pipeline Management

- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline dashboard of tours, LOIs, and closures.

- Present progress reports to the Head of Leasing weekly.
