Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Learning & Development Manager with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to enhance employee performance and growth.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and create targeted development programs.
  • Design and deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning objectives with business goals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee learning activities and progress.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with learning management systems and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
