Job Summary

L&D Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs assessments and identify capability gaps across levels and functions.
• Design, implement, and manage high-impact learning programs (technical, functional, leadership, and behavioral).
• Build and maintain a structured annual learning calendar aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, trainers, vendors, and institutes to deliver blended and digital learning solutions.
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and career pathways for critical roles.
• Introduce innovative learning practices such as coaching, mentoring, microlearning, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Use HR analytics and metrics to track learning effectiveness and demonstrate ROI of programs.
• Partner on change management and organizational development initiatives to support scale and productivity.
• Champion BigMint values and culture through learning interventions, fostering engagement, inclusion, and growth mindset.
  

Qualifications And Eligibility Criteria

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
• Proven expertise in designing and executing blended learning and digital learning programs.
• Strong facilitation, instructional design, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and engage senior leaders with data-driven insights.
• Experience in measuring program effectiveness using HR metrics, dashboards, and ROI frameworks.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications in L&D, OD, Instructional Design, or Coaching (preferred).
