Learning and Development Trainer

Role Overview: As an L&D Trainer at MicroMitti, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and driving learning strategies to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and organizational effectiveness. Your focus will be on developing and executing learning & development strategies aligned with business goals, designing and delivering training programs, identifying skill gaps, and partnering with business leaders to support talent management and succession planning.
