Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person & virtual trainings for employees and partners
• Record training videos and product demos
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for training content
• Develop engaging training modules & manuals
• Assess training needs and feedback
• Maintain reports and ensure adherence to company standards
  

Sourcing Focus

• Candidates currently in Gurugram / Delhi NCR
• Backgrounds from corporate, retail, or training organizations
• Excellent English communication & personality-driven delivery
• Open to travel and confident in front of camera
