Looking for a dynamic and confident trainer responsible for conducting engaging training sessions, recording video content, and delivering in-person and virtual programs across locations.
Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and presentation skills
Strong on-camera presence (for training video recordings)
Comfortable with frequent travel across branches
Experience in corporate or retail training (L&D preferred)
Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training modules
Organized in maintaining training records, attendance & reports
Conduct in-person & virtual trainings for employees and partners
Record training videos and product demos
Coordinate with cross-functional departments for training content
Develop engaging training modules & manuals
Assess training needs and feedback
Maintain reports and ensure adherence to company standards
Candidates currently in Gurugram / Delhi NCR
Backgrounds from corporate, retail, or training organizations
Excellent English communication & personality-driven delivery
Open to travel and confident in front of camera
