About the Role

Looking for an experienced L&D Trainer with hands-on experience in training Baristas and store-level teams.

Responsibilities

• Design & deliver training for onboarding, F&B operations, customer service, and leadership.
• Drive caf-specific initiatives to uplift service quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure ROI.
• Collaborate with HR & operations teams to roll out impactful programs.

Qualifications

• ? 37 years of experience in L&D and F&B operations (coffee/QSR brand experience).

Required Skills

• ? Proficiency in LMS/e-learning tools & reporting (Excel/Power BI).
• ? Strong understanding of F&B operations, coffee preparation, and safety standards.
• ? Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• ? Proficiency in Kannada language is a must.
• ? Location: Rest of Karnataka & Kerala
