Human Resources Executive - Quick service Restaurant

Position: HR Executive Location: Mumbai Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Internship experience in hiring is acceptable) Salary: Up to ₹3.75 LPAAbout the Role: We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience (internship or full-time) in volume hiring, preferably for retail brands like McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, Domino’s, etc. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for frontline staff and ensuring a strong talent pipeline for our outlets.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end hiring for store-level roles.Source profiles through various channels – job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and social media.Conduct initial screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.Coordinate with Area Managers and Store Managers for manpower requirements.Maintain hiring trackers and reports regularly.Support onboarding and documentation formalities.Desired Candidate Profile:Experience (internship or job) in bulk hiring/recruitment for QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) or retail outlets.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage hiring targets and timelines.Energetic, self-driven, and ready to travel locally if needed.Contact Details: 📞 Phone: 7978719204 📧 Email: rajashree.pradhan@cafecoffeeday.com
