To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D, with exposure to leadership development. A strong understanding of learning frameworks, instructional design principles, and digital learning tools is essential.
