Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training needs analysis for technical teams in IT infrastructure, networking, systems, and related ISP functions.
Design and develop technical curriculum and learning modules for topics such as network operations, cybersecurity, cloud services, and data center management.
Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions, workshops, demos, and hands-on labs for technical staff.
Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance to current industry standards.
Manage e-learning development platforms, LMS administration, and maintain up-to-date learning resources.
Track, evaluate, and report training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and technical skill metrics.
Support onboarding and upskilling programs for new hires and early-career technical staff.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring content aligns with business goals.
Promote a culture of continuous technical learning and innovation within the organization.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical disciplines.
