Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop executive-ready assets (whitepapers, POV articles, benchmark reports) that address decision-makers’ challenges and showcase Coditas’ expertise.
  • Conduct rapid primary and secondary research to produce analyst-style insights on emerging technologies, GenAI, and industry trends, translating them into thought leadership assets such as whitepapers, POVs, benchmark reports, and research briefs.
  • Transform deep technical research into polished presentations, blogs, decks, and micro-content with consistent tone, strong storytelling, and visual clarity, while proactively proposing new research themes based on evolving industry trends.
  • Create high-impact, executive-ready content including case studies, solution briefs, pre-sales proposals, and client-facing narratives that clearly link technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Develop competitive intelligence, market comparisons, and structured frameworks to support GTM and sales pursuits, while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance
  • Produce case studies, solution briefs, and success stories that link Coditas’ technical outcomes to business value.
  • Support sales pursuits by crafting proposals, executive summaries, and custom content aligned to live opportunities.
  • Track and report content performance so leadership sees clear attribution from content → MQL → SQL → Opportunity.

Desired Background

  • 3–8 years of experience in

    B2B tech content writing

    (IT services, SaaS, or consulting preferred).
  • BE / BTech or Master’s / PhD in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong understanding of the evolution and latest trends in GenAI and modern digital technologies.
  • A tech enthusiast who actively follows cutting-edge frameworks, research papers, and emerging trends in software engineering and digital innovation.
  • Proven ability to create

    executive-focused content

    (whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs).
  • Solid understanding of

    SEO writing principles

    and keyword research.
  • Strong grasp of

    buyer journeys and ICP personas

    in enterprise tech.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional GTM teams.


Bonus Skills

  • Exposure to

    GenAI use cases

    and

    digital engineering

    content.
  • Experience with

    Content Management System

  • Familiarity with

    content analytics tools

    (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
