In this role at Rapid Consulting, as the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial part in building a talented recruitment team aligned with RC's commitment to offering exceptional talent solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing hiring strategies, leading a team of internal recruiters, collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing and interviewing candidates, maintaining a talent pipeline, analyzing recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance, staying updated on industry trends, and representing Thivre at various events. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute strategies for hiring internal recruiters to meet clients' staffing needs. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of internal recruiters, providing guidance and support. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client needs and create targeted recruitment plans. - Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal recruiter positions, ensuring qualifications and cultural fit. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking for diverse talent pools. - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring strategies' effectiveness and make data-driven improvements. - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment and employment. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, especially in the staff augmentation sector. - Represent Thivre at industry events, job fairs, and recruitment-related activities to promote the employer brand and attract top talent. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment leadership role. - Strong understanding of staff augmentation and the recruitment landscape, particularly in technology and IT sectors. - Excellent leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate others. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. - Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Strong analytical skills and experience in using recruitment metrics for decision-making. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Passion for building diverse teams and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
