This role requires a deep understanding of software quality principles, quality assurance methods, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. Someone in this role is expected to implement proactive software quality strategies which are both scalable and maintainable.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements discussion, test planning, test data creation and execution of testing Plan in adherence with MasterCard standards, processes and best practices.
- Work with project teams to meet scheduled due dates, while identifying emerging issues and recommending solutions for problems and independently perform assigned tasks.
- Design and develop test automation frameworks to validate system to system interfaces and complete software solutions (for Database/ETL, API and UI tests)
- Interact with business and development stakeholders to define test plans and schedules
- Translate complex system requirements into test requirements and testing methods
- Identify and implement complex automation efforts, including refactoring of automation code where needed
- Develop test scripts and perform automated and manual exploratory testing to ensure software meets business and security requirements and established practices.

Manager Small and Medium Business Products, Sales
Overview:
The Manager, Specialist Sales is responsible for developing and executing the Commercial and New Payment Flows (CNPF) strategy for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Chile, Peru and Bolivia.
Role:
- Understanding market, cluster, and regional solution priorities and strategy
- Engaging different business units across the organization, as Sales and Market Development, to prioritize solutions opportunities and identify gaps in the technology and business model areas with a focus in SME payments
- Helping identifying opportunities in SME with different agents as issuers, acquirers, fintech and payments agents
- Ideating, designing, deploying, and monitoring the prioritized solutions in issuers, acquirers, and payments agents, helping to drive commercial wins in SME such as T&E, Travel and CPGs
- Documenting entire solutions for both internal and external audiences, across multi-stage sales cycle
- Looking, development and formalizing relationships with capability partners such as ERPs and fintech that helps to develop and implement solutions
- Generating benchmark and information tools to support the CNPF and SME strategy, such as sizing, market needs, KPIs, planning and delivering initiatives that will contribute to achieve the expected results.

- Experience working in or closely with SMEs in Banks or technology companies such as fintechs, brands schemes, acquirers, managing new business, technology development programs and transformative change initiatives
- Proven experience in engaging internal and external commercial and technical stakeholders to drive both solution development and adoption.
- Strong business model and technology architecture focus, with deep product, services, and solutions expertise.
- Adept at interacting with key stakeholders in terms of engagement, communication and transparency of purpose.
- Can skillfully lead complex solution initiatives that require collaboration across functional areas.
- Demonstrated ability to work across divisional boundaries, within countries. Strong relationship management, influencing, presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment; readiness to take-on stretch goals.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
