We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong background in Azure, Azure DevOps, Java, Kubernetes, Monitoring, Dynatrace, Elastic Search, Mongo db . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems while driving automation and best practices across our infrastructure and applications.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available systems on Azure and contribute to on prem setup strategies.
• Work with Portfolio Architects and DevOps Leads to investigate critical performance issues and perform L3 kind of role for the platform side.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters, ensuring optimal deployment strategies and resource utilization.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Java for automation and system integration tasks.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery plans and high availability strategies.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions.
• Automate operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.

• At least 8+ years of experience in deployment, support, and management of application and infrastructure systems, including Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience implementing scalable, secure, and highly available systems, with involvement in multiple full lifecycle implementations.

• Formal project management training is desirable.

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning, and performance optimization of complex systems.

• Strong expertise in Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps.

• Proficiency in Java programming for backend development and automation; knowledge of Python, Go, or Bash scripting is a plus.

• Experience with Kubernetes cluster management and containerization technologies.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK Stack, and Elastic Search.

• Solid understanding of networking, security, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and high availability architectures.

• Knowledge of database management (SQL/NoSQL, MongoDB) and caching solutions.

• Ability to develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

• Cloud Computing & Automation: Design and manage scalable Azure and on-premises systems with automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Technical Troubleshooting & Reliability: Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, ensuring high availability and performance.

• System & Technology Integration: Implement and integrate infrastructure, applications, and services efficiently.

• Disaster Recovery & Risk Management: Develop and executes strategies for system resilience and business continuity.

• Standards & Process Compliance: Maintain documentation, policies, and best practices across infrastructure and operations.

• Communication & Collaboration: Effectively work across teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.

• Innovation & Problem Solving: Create automated and efficient solutions to operational challenges.

• Customer Focus & Results Orientation: Ensure system reliability and performance to meet business needs.

• Execution & Leadership: Take ownership of projects and drives them to successful completion.

• Teamwork: Support and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

• Certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).

• Experience with other programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash scripting.

• Knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with database management (SQL/NoSQL, MongoDB) and caching solutions.
