Your Team's Impact

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Compensation Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and management of sales compensation programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and motivate high performance among our sales force. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and HR to analyse compensation effectiveness, deliver accurate incentive payments, and provide actionable insights.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse, administer, and audit sales compensation plans and policies for accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Calculate, review, and process monthly, quarterly, and annual sales incentive payments.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and HR to evaluate new and existing compensation programs.
  • Develop and maintain compensation models, dashboards, and regular reporting for key metrics (e.g., attainment, quota achievement, commission spend).
  • Identify trends and opportunities for plan improvements based on data analysis and industry benchmarks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales compensation-related inquiries, providing timely and clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Support annual plan design cycles, including scenario modelling, plan documentation, and education materials for the sales force.
  • Ensure data integrity between CRM, HRIS, and payroll systems for accurate compensation calculations.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ year experience plus a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation using a sales compensation database such as Xactly
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with incentive compensation management (ICM) platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to deliver complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
