Recruitment Lead


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Drive 

    end-to-end recruitment

     for IT roles, with a strong focus on 

    niche and hard-to-fill positions

    .
  • Conduct the 

    first level of screening calls

     to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong 

    client relationships

    , acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to define requirements and design tailored hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates using advanced methods such as 

    Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche forums

    .
  • Prepare and maintain 

    recruitment reports, dashboards, and MIS

     for management and client review.
  • Develop and maintain a 

    pipeline of qualified candidates

     for current and future roles.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional 

    candidate experience

    .
  • Track, analyze, and optimize 

    recruitment metrics

     to improve team performance.
  • Stay updated on 

    market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor hiring insights

    .
  • Ensure adherence to 

    company policies, client SLAs, and diversity goals

    .


Key Skills & Competencies:


  • 5+ years of IT recruitment experience, with at least 3

    + years in a team lead role

    .
  • Proven expertise in 

    niche IT hiring

     (Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, DevOps, AI/ML, ERP, etc.).
  • Strong experience in 

    client management and stakeholder engagement

    .
  • Hands-on expertise in 

    conducting first-level screening calls

    .
  • Ability to 

    prepare and analyze recruitment reports

     (Excel, MIS, ATS dashboards).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a 

    fast-paced, target-driven environment

    .


Educational Qualification:


  • MBA in Human Resources

     (mandatory).
