Role: Business Development Executive Experience: 2-5 years Work Mode: Work from Office Notice: Immediate joiners preferred We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in permanent and contract staffing . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition within the staffing industry and be passionate about generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Hunting: Identify, pursue, and convert potential clients for staffing services through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. Client Acquisition: Engage with decision-makers (HR Heads, Hiring Managers) to understand staffing needs and offer customized solutions. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly business development targets and KPIs with a highly aggressive and goal-oriented approach. Relationship Building: Maintain and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Ownership & Accountability: Take complete ownership of the BD cycle from prospecting to closure. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client expectations are clearly understood and met. Learning & Growth: Stay updated on market trends and continuously enhance your industry knowledge. Requirements: 2–5 years of proven experience in business development in staffing/recruitment , with exposure to both permanent and contract hiring . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A well-maintained LinkedIn profile with strong connections and networking capabilities. Strong negotiation and client-handling skills. Must be aggressive, self-driven, and eager to meet ambitious targets. Responsible, proactive, and quick learner with a growth mindset. Immediate joiners preferred.
